Anti-Inflammatory Sunset Smoothie Bowl

Winter is almost over and spring is definitely the season start making smoothies bowls. What better way to shake off the winter blues with an Anti-Inflammatory Sunset Smoothie Bowl!

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of frozen mango (or 3/4 cup of fresh mango)
1/2 orange (peeled and roughly chopped)
3 tbsp coconut milk
1 tbsp lemon juice (or lime juice)
2 pinches ground cardamom (or 2 cardamom pods)
2 scoops Modere PhytoGolds
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup raw coconut nectar (or raw Honey)

TOPPING

  • 1 Mango sliced
  • 1 tbsp coconut
  • 1 tbsp of passionfruit pulp
  • 1 tbsp coconut chips
  • 1 tbsp of granola

METHOD

In a blender or NutriBullet, blend frozen mango and orange. Add coconut milk, lemon juice, cardamom, PhytoGolds, vanilla extra and raw coconut extract until smooth.

Drizzle passionfruit pulp over top.

Pour mixture into your favourite bowl and top with sliced fruit, yogurt, granola and coconut chips.
