With a history of anxiety and panic attacks as well as experiencing burnout in my corporate job, I discovered one of the contributing factors to my mental health was my unbalanced hormones.
As a result of being able to make dietary and lifestyle changes in combination with working with my own coach, I have a passion to help women heal from chronic stress and burnout and particularly working mums by living in alignment with their menstrual cycle so they can thrive in their careers and motherhood journey.
